- No food or drink for 15 minutes before you test.
- Swab: rub the pad on your cheek 10 to 15 times, then hold it under your tongue until red fluid fills both windows (usually 1 to 3 minutes).
- Recap and lay it flat.
- Read it at 5 minutes. Don't read it after 1 hour.
Detox Charcoal Gum
A Cool Lemon chewing gum with an activated charcoal formula. Lives in your pocket, bag or glovebox for a fast, discreet freshen anywhere.
- Chew 2 pieces until they start to soften, around 90 seconds.
- Keep chewing for another 2 minutes, then bin it (don't swallow).

What does the 6 in 1 test check for?
THC, meth, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates and benzos, from a simple mouth swab, with results in 5 minutes. It's a home screening test, not a lab test, so it's a guide only.
How do I read the result?
A line at C plus a line next to the drug name (even a faint one) is negative. A line at C with nothing next to the drug is positive. No line at C means the test is invalid, so retest with a new stick. If any result is positive, don't drive.
What do the gum and mouthwash do?
They're oral freshening products for a clean, fresh mouth – the gum for on the go, the mouthwash for a full rinse at home. They are not guaranteed to change any drug test result – that's exactly why the pack includes tests, so you can check for yourself.
